These terms govern your use of FindCasino.org. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

1. What this site is

FindCasino.org is an independent, advertising-supported comparison and review site for online casinos. We are not a gambling operator. We do not accept bets, hold player funds, process payments, issue bonuses or run any game. Any account you open with an operator is a contract between you and that operator, on their terms, and we are not a party to it.

2. Age and legality

You must be at least 18, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. You confirm that online gambling is lawful for you where you are and that you are not accessing this site from a country in which we do not offer it. You are solely responsible for checking your own local law. We may block access from any country at any time and without notice.

3. Your account on this site

Registration is optional and free, and gives you saved casinos, reviews, karma and alerts. You may hold one account. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and accept responsibility for everything done under your account. You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, without notice and at our discretion.

4. Reviews and other content you post

Write from your own genuine experience. You must not post anything that is false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, abusive, hateful, obscene, infringing, or that reveals another person's private information. You must not post on behalf of an operator, a competitor or an agency, and you must not post to inflate or damage a brand's standing. Automated posting is not permitted.

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual and irrevocable licence to store, display, reproduce, translate and distribute it on and in connection with this site, including after your account is deleted. You confirm you have the right to grant that licence.

We do not pre-moderate. We may edit, refuse or remove any submission for any reason, and we are under no obligation to keep or restore anything. Reviews express the personal opinion of the person who wrote them, not ours.

5. Commercial relationships

We earn commission when readers register with operators through our links. This is set out in full in our affiliate disclosure. It costs you nothing and does not change the bonus you receive. Operators cannot buy a score or a review.

6. Information, accuracy and offers

Everything here is general information and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong; operators change their terms without telling us. Offers may be unavailable in your country or may have ended. You must check the operator's own current terms before registering or depositing. See our disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You may not: scrape, crawl or bulk-copy the site other than as a search engine obeying our robots.txt; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it; probe, scan or test its security; interfere with its operation or another user's use of it; frame it or misrepresent it as your own; or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access without notice.

8. Intellectual property

The site's text, design, code, database and review scores belong to us or our licensors. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a working link. You may not republish substantial parts, or use our content to train, fine-tune or build a competing dataset or service, without our written permission. Operator names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. We do not warrant that any operator listed here is solvent, licensed, lawful for you, or will pay you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindCasino.org, its owners, operators, employees and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your dealings with any operator listed on it. That expressly includes gambling losses, unpaid or delayed withdrawals, closed or confiscated accounts, refused bonuses, and losses arising because information here was wrong or out of date. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us (which is normally nothing) or EUR 100.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, liability or cost — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these terms, from anything you post, or from your unlawful use of the site.

12. Third-party sites

Outbound links lead to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms, security or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

13. Complaints between you and an operator

We cannot intervene in, arbitrate or resolve a dispute between you and a casino, and we have no power to release a withdrawal or reinstate an account. Raise it with the operator, then with its regulator or the alternative dispute-resolution body named in its terms. We are always glad to hear about it, because it informs our reviews, but hearing about it is the limit of what we can do.

14. Availability and changes to the site

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, including the removal of any casino listing, at any time and without notice or liability.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here is the current one, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Material changes affecting registered users will be notified by email where we hold a verified address.

16. Severability and waiver

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.

17. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the site's operator is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
